Disclaimer
1- Regarding the name, logo, letter head, correspondence, work area and establishment of the branch offices of the National Legal Investigation Commission, a case is pending in the Honorable Court Of Civil Judge, Aonla District Bareilly in which the Central Government and the State Government are also the opponents. Till now no stay order has been passed by the Honorable Court against the National Legal Investigation Commission.
2- The National Legal Investigation Commission will ensure compliance with every decision passed by the Honorable Court in this context.
3- The settlement of any dispute in the context of National Legal Investigation Commission will be valid only in the court premises area, Aonla district Bareilly (UP).
