Criteria for a Volunteer/Member/Official-

1- Conditional appointment will be made in the National Legal Investigation Commission.

2- If necessary, the National Legal Investigation Commission will be able to relieve the candidate from his post without any notice.

3- The candidate should not be a criminal convicted in any criminal case within a period of three years before appointment.

4- The candidate should not be an accused named in several criminal cases continuously.

5- The candidate should not be a member or official of any political party.

Note-

1- The fees paid by the candidate is being accepted as processing fee. Receipt of process fee does not mean that the candidate will be selected under any circumstances. In case the candidate does not fulfill the criteria, the said form will be cancelled. The processing fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded.

2- In case of any kind of dispute, the judicial area will remain Bareilly district (Uttar Pradesh).
